IVLP: Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement in the United States

GlobalPittsburgh hosted a delegation of intellectual property rights attorneys from China under the auspices of the U.S. Department of State-sponsored International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) on a multi-regional project, "IPR Enforcement in the United States." We arranged their meeting with colleagues at Dentons Cohen & Grigsby, Idea Foundry, and Carnegie Mellon University's Center for Technology Transfer and Enterprise Creation. The group observed criminal court proceedings at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas and attended Project Olympus' Show and Tell 26.
