August 16, from 5:00-7:00 p.m., GlobalPittsburgh will host an informal networking social in Bakery Square.  Our guests will be two fellows from Uzbekistan Business Leaders (UBL) program and human and civil rights advocates from Algeria, Chad, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestinian Territories, and Tunisia invited under the auspices of the U.S. Department of State's IVLP project "Human and Civil Rights for Marginalized Communities".

Admission is free for GP members, professional resources, host families, and volunteers; $25 for non-members.

Directions to the event venue will be provided upon registration.

The event is BYOB, appetizers and soft drinks will be served.
