September 8 - October 9, 2023, in partnership with American Councils for International Education, GlobalPittsburgh hosted two participants in the Professional Fellows Program (PFP) for Europe and Eurasia. It is a two-way, global exchange program designed to promote mutual understanding, enhance leadership and professional skills, as well as build lasting, sustainable partnerships between mid-level emerging leaders from foreign countries and the United States. PFP participants were placed in intensive 4-week fellowships with the local organizations, Idea Foundry and Sisters Lifting as We Climb for a tailored professional development experience.
The Professional Fellows Program is sponsored by the US Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
