The Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) is the U.S. government’s signature program to strengthen leadership development and networking in Southeast Asia.
On September 9 - October 9, 2023, in partnership with American Councils for International Education, GlobalPittsburgh hosted two YSEALI fellows who were placed with the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health and Idea Foundry for intensive fellowships designed to broaden their professional expertise and enhance their leadership capabilities. The fellows stayed in the homes of local host families for an immersive cultural experience.
